People may use Reflexology as a way of helping to cope with stress or anxiety; to help lift their mood and improve feelings of well-being; to help cope with or reduce feelings of pain. 

*Instruction in Reflexology for Babies and Toddlers  

*Baby Reflex is specially adapted Reflexology for babies; gentle techniques are only applied to the feet.  It is a non-invasive form of therapy, which encourages a natural bonding between parent and baby; aims to promote good health; aims to calm and support the baby as they grow.  Baby Reflex can be used from the age of 4 weeks onwards, with treatments of up to 5 minutes each, being delivered up to 3 times in 24 hours.  Baby Reflex is taught with the baby present at each of the sessions.  Instruction for Baby Reflex is delivered in 3 x 1 hour workshops: feeding/digesting, sleeping/comforting and finally well-being.

*Reflex for Toddlers is a development of Baby Reflex, which can be applied on both the toddler's hands and feet.  Toddler techniques can be used from the age of 10 months onwards, or when your baby is able to stand / using support to stand.  Treatments of up to 7 minutes each can be delivered up to 3 times in 24 hours.  Toddler Reflex is taught in 2 x 1 weekly workshops.  A third week can be delivered  if required.  Toddlers are not present in the first session, but they do join in for the second session.  

Teaching is delivered in home / nursery / school / clinic settings for small groups (up to 8 people) of parents / carers / professionals.  Individual instruction is also available if preferred.
